Stopped by during closing time, crew over there was nice enough to help me fill the air in my tires and provide guidance to avoid tire bursting. I got it fixed right away. Would def come back

I can't recommend Revved Up Auto in Freeport, Illinois enough. They truly went above and beyond for me.They replaced my water pump in just a few hours at a very fair price, and the service was excellent from the start. When I picked up my car on Saturday, we noticed the radiator had a small pinhole leak. The problem was that I was leaving on a long drive to Texas on Monday, and the shop is normally closed on Sundays.Instead of telling me to wait, they came in on their day off just to help me. They replaced the radiator on Sunday, got the job done quickly, and charged me an incredibly fair price.I've dealt with a lot of mechanics over the years, and I've never had a shop go this far out of their way for a customer. It's rare to find honest people who genuinely care about helping you, and that's exactly what you'll find at Revved Up Auto.If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for saving my trip and providing some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!

I. Have a brother in the automotive repair business for over 50 years and I have full trust in this company, they are the best in the business throughout the country, professional, courteous, and treated better than family, I will always go back to them for all my automotive needs, knowledgeable of diesel pickups and they go above and beyond for their customers!! A1!!😎

Walked in so upset and being very defeated. After dealing with a different place before them with a rude person, I walk in instantly asked what's going on how can they help. Friendly atmosphere and comfortable to talk to. Had my cap corroded on my tires stuck, no hesitation or insults on me, he was understanding and informative about it. He replaced it and the valve in no time while holding conversations in being very informative on what was going on. They were both so awesome and good to talk to. They treat you not like just a customer but like good friends which is amazing to see. Was recommended to them and I will recommend them and be coming back to them. They make you feel welcome and enjoy what they do keeping you informed. Thank you guys and I will be back, places like this are amazing business with good people. Appreciate the knowledge and will be back.

The day before 4th of July, they were more than willing to work on my car, even though every other place told me they can’t. Not only that their pricing was way better than a lot of places, They did an amazing job on my breaks, rotors, and calipers. Even though they close at 5pm, they stayed open until 7pm just so I can have a working car for the weekend. %100 would recommend they’re great guys and do a great job.

Air conditioning went out on my 2013 Ford f150 at the worst time, these guys got me in to the shop within 2 days. I have ice cold air blowing again highly recommend
